Grafting Kits and Tools

The bud-cutting shears were launched in 2001. .

A patented tool which won an Innovation award at the Sitevi 2001 Trade show, the bud-cutting shears helps with the delicate and meticulous job of cutting the buds (scions) for T-budding and Chip-budding.

Along with the Practical Guide to Grafting Vines by the T-bud and Chip-bud Methods and a kit of tools required to carry out grafting and top grafting, it will enable any winegrower to do his own amateur grafting over small surfaces.

Our Grafting Kits come in three different versions:

Kit de greffage
  • Kit 3000, with everything necessary for approximately 3000 grafts;

  • Kit 200, with everything necessary for approximately 200 grafts;

  • Mini Kit, especially designed for those who already have grafting equipment. The Mini Kit comprises the essentials: the bud-cutting shears and the Practical Guide to Grafting Vines by the T-bud and Chip-bud Methods.

Thanks to this equipment, many teams have been formed in a number of countries. However, we would like to emphasize that practice and experience are essential. At Worldwide Vineyards it takes from 3 to 5 years minimum practice to be able to call oneself a professional grafter.
